Yield reflects risk assumptions
Advertised rates or yields may compensate for credit, duration, liquidity and structural risk. Identify who receives the capital, who administers it and what happens if the borrower defaults.
02 / analysis
Collateral and priority
Review guarantees, covenants, payment priority, subordination, reserves and recovery procedures. A word like backed alone does not allow us to know the quality or enforceability of a guarantee.

Questions before comparing
Request history of origination, delinquency, losses, commissions, concentration, valuation and redemption rules. If that information is not available, treat it as a research limitation.
Due-diligence desk
Turn a tokenized-asset idea into a verification brief.
Record the legal, operational and liquidity questions that matter before relying on a token description. Nothing is uploaded or sent to Token Route Map.
Evidence matrix
See what is documented before you rely on a token claim.
Mark the evidence level you can actually verify for a DePIN or RWA project. The resulting percentage measures documentation completeness only; it does not measure safety, quality or expected returns.
Privacy note: inputs are stored only in this browser when you use the save workflow; they are not uploaded by this tool. Verify jurisdiction, terms, custody, permissions and liquidity independently.
Exposure screening worksheet
See concentration and hypothetical downside before you rely on a portfolio label.
Enter only amounts you choose to analyze and apply a hypothetical stress percentage to each position. The worksheet shows arithmetic, concentration and open liquidity questions; it does not assess whether an asset is good, safe or suitable.
Privacy note: saved inputs stay in this browser and are not uploaded by this worksheet. Do not enter wallet keys, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary personal information. Review actual terms, rights, fees, custody and jurisdiction independently.
Practical answers
Frequently asked questions
Does tokenized private credit prove ownership of the underlying asset?
Not by itself. The token's legal wrapper, issuer, custody arrangement, master record and contract determine what rights a holder may have. Read the primary documents and do not assume that a digital representation carries the same rights as the underlying asset.
What documents should I review for tokenized private credit?
Look for the issuer or sponsor, legal terms, asset or reference description, custody and segregation details, redemption or transfer conditions, fees, conflicts, network or smart-contract information, and the date of the latest disclosure. Missing or vague evidence is itself a research signal.
Does a stated yield mean a tokenized asset is low risk?
No. A yield or target return does not establish liquidity, solvency, legal enforceability, collateral quality, custody protection or suitability. Compare the source of any payment with the risks and conditions that could interrupt it.
Is this tokenized-asset research an investment recommendation?
No. It is educational research to help you organize questions and primary sources. It does not assess your circumstances, endorse a token, predict performance or replace independent financial, legal or tax advice.
